Oil Leak

Asked by DebMal May 06, 2011 at 09:18 AM about the 2005 Subaru Baja

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I took my 2005 Subaru Baja in for an oil leak and the mechanic (dealer) said I actually have 3 leaks and quoted me $2500.  If I don't have the leaks fixed and continue to add oil when it gets low, am I doing the car any harm?

If it gets too low..youll cook the engine....DONT TAKE IT TO THE DEALER.....take it to a Mom and Pop Garage..ask around for the Local Hot Spot and take it to them for an estimate...bet its alot different....
