Hello
Thinking of purchasing the car above. At 158,000 miles It
had all the seals and gaskets changed out. New fuel and
water pumps and timing belt. Anything else I should look
out for. They are asking $6,100

Were the head gaskets replaced? That price seems a little high but without knowing the condition of the car it is hard to say. Use CG's, NADA, Edmund's and the Bluebook to check the price. I always offer less!
