after changin o2 sensors why is the engine light co.ing bach on with code for o2

These codes are saying that there is something wrong with the heater control circuit that warms up the O2 sensor. Either there is a problem with the wiring, connection, or in the O2 sensor itself. The O2 sensor cannot be fixed, only replacement is required.

The O2 sensor heaters' grounds are switched by the ECU. so check those big connectors under the passenger side carpeting too.
