Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had a little accident with my Subaru legacy 96 as
a result it jumped start, I had to reset the timing
instead of replacing valves I opted for new
cylinders now it's perfectly fitted but the car won't
start ever since...  Please "WHAT TO DO" I'm really
confused ..

Your post makes little sense. What do you mean by "new cylinders"? I think you need to find a good mechanic.
