Check your fuel pressure at fuel rail. I believe it should be at 50-60 psi. (But not certain about your model) If lower than that you probably need your fuel pump replaced. All because you hear it running or there is some pressure at fuel rail does not rule out a fuel pump issue.
Oh, i forgot, when i turn the ignition switch the fuel pump doesnt respond. Isnt that something with electrical problem or relay ?
Possibly but not sure about your model. on some models the fuel pump only comes on if the engine is actually being turned over(by starter or a running engine) some fuel pumps don't prime with just the key turned on.
