Your best bet is to purchase the genuine Toyota Repair Manual Vol. 2. Try Ebay. There is not a section on how to rip the dash out, but there is air bag removal and instrument panel removal. I think between the two sections, you could figure it out. Going to be a major pain though. Especially if you have the in dash air bag.
