My speedometer just quit working on me. if someone could go into detail to answer this question that would be much appriciated! Thanks

Check the 90 degree elbow adapter where speedometer cable connects to transmission, remove it and turn one end and see if the other end turns. If it doesn't, replace elbow. If it does, check speedometer cable to find out where it's broken
