What have you replaced so far for parts? A skip is usually due to bad plugs, wires, or coils. Start it up and take a spray bottle and mist down your plugs and wires. If you do it at night, you should see and hear some sparks cracking. Your idle should dramatically change as well. Is your check engine light on?
