It has some slight rust spots on it, some of them has rusted through and there is one on the under body of the car that has also rusted through so you can see the ground while you are driving.what do you suggest i should do?

Get replacement floor panels and weld it up... For future reference, I would never suggest buying a car that has holes in it, it's just a lot more work than it's worth. Good luck mate.
i only paid 100 bucks for it, it used to be my friends he drove it all the time, i just need a beater to get me through the summer. and where would you suggest i could get that type of work done?
Honestly it's not worth the cost of paying someone to do it, especially if it's a temp car... In that case I wouldn't spend a dime on it. Clean the area that's rusted to keep it from spreading, spray some decent can paint on the area to keep it from rusting again. The only area to be worried about is the floor pans since you don't want to step into your car and have your foot drop thru. What I'd do is find a computer case(a metal one) that someone is tossing out and take the side covers from it. Hammer it a bit and trim it a bit to get it to fit well and just hide it under the carpet in the car. (Or if you have access to a welder(friend family ect), cut it up for patches). That's the cheap fix, not exactly the prettiest or best but it works.
Wow!!! i would never have thought of using a computer panel, thanks
