How do I get in touch with someone who provided an invalid email or who had typed their email in wrong in a lead.

A perspective customer had made an offer on one of my vehicles and I would
like to make a deal with them but the email they provided is wrong. How else
would I be able to get in touch with them if that email was all that they provided
in the lead?

If they gave you a wrong email there is nothing you can do.
