68 Chevelle cost

How much would a 68 Chevelle Concour 2 door be worth?   It was stored
outside for 14 years .  The body needs rust, paint and body work.  The inside
also has issues .  The engine is V8 283 rebored to a 302 and not frozen.  
Originally the car was an automatic but changed to a manuall.  What would
be a fair price this as a project car?
