I have a 69 Chevelle with a loud clunking coming from the rear axle when I turn corners at slow speed. If I push the back end from side to side it clunks like hell. What would it take to cure this?

Mine did same ,check all the control arm bushing .when turning the rear end will fell like it jumps side ways at slow speed.
