Question type: General

My 71 is a factory 350 ci car. has some Emblems holes in the top headr panel. Just inside the drivers side headlight. Aslo had trim running along the rocker panels.Still have the factory 245 hp 2-barrell air cleaner. Factory aluminum Camaro vavle covers, and a staple auto floor shifter. The only consel I can find that matches is for a '69.

Hi 71owner! There were 1971 LTs built apparently, and here's supposedly a look at one (http://www.geocities.com/jacknub12/) ... Here's an information source on 1971 Camaro (http://www.camarosource.ca/php/camaro_info_db/index.php?year=1971 ) ... But this site says that the LT rim wasn't introduced until 1973 ... Check it out and see if the trim package makes sense to you. Hope it helps. Good luck! http://www.camaro-registry.com/history.htm

I actually owned a silver 1971 Camaro Type LT, black cloth interior auto with a nice shifter in console it had a full black vinyl top and a single front bumper. Round taillights front and rear spoiler. I bought it used for 700 wish I still had it. But it for sure was tagged Type LT and it was a 1971. Hope that helps bro
