when I turn the steering wheel the car shuts off weather I'm deiving down the roas or parked?

You will have to take this to a mechanic to be sure, but it sounds like something in the electronic ignition switch may be pinched or shorted and when the steering wheel is turned, it contacts/grounds out in the column and causes the vehicle to shut off. Again, this will require a competent mechanic to fully explain but that's most likely where I would start if you brought it to my garage.

thank you littlehorn I figured it out his afternoon and removed ignition switch and I now have no problems.
