Can’t find tensioner

I have a 06 1.4 petrol Ford Focus is there a
tensioner to loosing the alternator belt need to
change alternator can’t see or find a tensioner
it’s a 3 pin alternator

From under the car, you have to remove the plastic serpentine belt shield, it is held on by two 8mm nuts. Once removed that exposes the belt tensioner. Again from under the car you can place a long 17mm spanner on the center of the tensioner to rotate it enough to remove the belt.
