Check ALL the fuses, you may have more than one blown. Generally, jump-starting doesn't blow fuses, so you may have something else going on. There is a fuse box under hood and under the dash.

checked fuses also light on rear heated window stays on
If it's shorted and constantly drawing current, it would explain dead battery (on top of leaving lights on) and constant blowing fuses.

If wires were crossed for that jump, even for an instant, the alternator is shorted and anything connected to it has the potential to short. (starter, battery, accessories, window switches, ect...
