Soft brake pedal almost always means air in the system. The brakes and master cylinder need to be properly bled.

Are you bleeding by hand or with a bleeder tool? Be sure to start at the furthest wheel from the Master Cyl and work your way to the shortest.

Took to 2 different shops, the first said master cylinder must be bad and second replaced it but still same. The old hubs were for abs brakes and the new ones are not. Exactly what is the difference, and can you put the abs rings on an non abs hub?
