Dash quites woking sometimes

Every once in awhile when you drive
this car the dash will quit working I
have no speedometer no turn signals it
tells me I'm on empty and I'm hearing a
clicking noise the next time you drive it
it'll be fine

It could be the generic electronic module, aka GEM, or the instrument cluster module. The GEM has has relays and can make noises, like clicking or humming, when it goes bad. Look up symptoms of a bad GEM for your vehicle and see if that's what you are experiencing.
