does anyone else have a problem with the brake control not working properly? it seems like when i hook up to a trailer and i put the controller on 10 it still won't lock up the trailer brakes but i hook up same trailer to another vehicle with regular brake box and it will lock up the trailer brakes.

Just bought a 2006 F350 and I'm experiencing the same thing. On my previous truck with an after market controller, the stopping power was much better. I'm uncertain who to ask especially after reading some other comments with dealers pointing fingers at the trailer manufactures Please let me know what you find out.

I think it might be a dirty ground on your truck. I have a 05 f350 and I'm trying to find my ground at the rear of the truck and ford can't tell where to look for it??????? so I can clean it and get the Brake control to work right. Does anyone know where to look ?? Bryan potterbh@telus.net
