Car stereo won't eject my CDs!

I have a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac  Limited V8
and my CFs won't eject from my car stereo. If
anybody has a solution I would be very grateful

I've removed the head unit out of the dash seeing if that would cause them to eject, but now its saying "No disc"
