Bad gas milage.. missing

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2007  Expedition is using alot of gas and
missing.. Mechanic said #3&1 coils are bad..
Also will an oil change help with the gas
milage

Why are you disregarding your mechanic and not replacing the coils?
