06 Silverado running rough

My 06 Silverado  just started running rough out of nowhere, sputtering while in
gear, also in park won't stay running unless I run up rpm. 100000 miles. No
issue up till now.  Wondering if possible fuel pump or filter

You can check your fuel pressure at the intake. Other problems that can cause the sputtering is the plugs, O2 sensors, MAFS, or intake gasket
