I have a 2006 Chevy 1500 with 230000 miles
engine runs strong but when I sit at idle for about
ten min a slight tick will start but when I start
driving it stops I have changed plugs wires and
knock sensors and it still does it any suggestions

Does it cause any issues? Any noticeable change in performance? Id say lifter click. Worn out seals, oil thins up when its hot and leaks through.
