What could be wrong with my 2007 LS Chevrolet Equinox steering AFTER replacing the 80 amp EPS fuse?

I replaced the fuse but that didn't correct the problem. I've read online that my car does not have a pump but a motor. Is that all or does it have a belt as well? All search queries all say to replace the fuse but that didn't help.

I believe it has electric steering, no belt. Might have to replace the rack. Not cheap. Have a REPUTABLE mechanic look at it.
