This is tough to identify. Some of these trucks have drain issues and some have power/ground cable issues. How many times do the lights flash? Do they stay on after flashing?
Battery is 3 months old.

1st blinker shuts down cruise, 2nd locks lock and unlock rapidly, 3rd radio on and off, 4th guage needles jumping. Its like the vehicle is shutting off and restarting repeatedly.
