Can't help with the switch, but can offer some advise. You need to trade with someone with a Suburban. Tahoe and Suburban seats are NOT compatable. Due to the Tahoe's shorter wheelbase, the step up in the 2nd to 3rd row floor is forward in the Tahoe. Also, you'll have to switch out the floor panels too. Make sure with whomever you make the switch, the carpet colors match. The bench seats have two separate floor panels and the bench has one full panel. The switch is relatively easy. Four bolts per side on the bucket seats, with six and four on the bench (18mm deep well socket or wrench. I think the two extra bench seat nuts are 13 or 14mm). Make sure you give those two extra nuts from the bench seat as they're not provided on the bucket mounts. The electrical plugs are identical for both the bench and buckets. I just did a successful switch here in NJ, and couldn't be happier. Good luck.

Have you found your seats yet? We are going to pick up our suburban monday and it has buckets. We need bench seats. You dont happen to have the 3 person seats in the 3rd row as well? Our suburban has the 2 person chairs in the 3rd row with the map pockets and cup holders in between them. You have black leather correct? We will also have to swap out the carpeting and trim as they are different. I will provide you with a private phone number after I receive an email from you. Devin - fullbtlrtl@aol.com
