Starter will turn but engine won't crank

Are you saying the starter spins without turning over ( cranking ) the engine ? That sounds like a bad solenoid and the starter should be replaced anyways as preventive maintenance . Or are you saying the engine cranks but won't start ? I replaced the starter on my 08 accord and went to the dealer , it was about $500** but I won't have to replace it every 1 or 2 years . If your starter is a mitzubishi then the dealer will accept the core ( $$ ) Don't buy cheap , that may be the reason you're having a problem now , someone got cheap .
