I would like to remove the sunglass holder in the overhead console to install my phone speaker. How do I remove it?

Call your dealership and ask them how they suggest removing it. Usually it is simple but you certainly don't want to risk breaking it by removing it wrong in case you decide to trade or resell the vehicle later.
