Why does my 2006 Pilot fan keep running after it is shut off.

It just started doing this...doesn't seem to matter if air is on or not...what the temp outside is.  I did call dealer and he said it is OK and normal, but it never did this before and is now doing this quite often...not all the time.  It quits running after 2-3 minutes.

It turned out that I had a small hole in my radiator. Small enough to keep the fan running after shutting off, but not to send my temp gauge up...until I ran low on fluid...then the temp guage almost hit H. Don't wait until then to get it checked! Ended up getting a new radiator...all is fine now. Thank you.

Thank you! Same vehicle / same year / same symptom. About to drive 3000 miles round trip so will get radiator checked !!
