When changing a timing belt on a 2007 Honda Odyssey, should I just go ahead and put on a new water pump?

140,000 miles. No record of timing belt replacement.

It wouldn't hurt. If you're concerned with the water pump failing, I would go ahead a put a new one on. They tend to go around 150,000 so it is towards the end of it's life if it's the original.

Mark is right. The belt, tensioner, and water pump come in a kit. The pump is behind the timing cover and much of the cost is labor anyway
