Hey Coates, grab a Chilton manual. Thats what I used to adjust mine. I got it from the library to save the $30.

i cant remember but i dont think the 86 has an adjustable clutch? but if it dose you need to locate the cable then brake the nut lose and let the cable in some "afew whole turns"

I don't believe that it is manually adjustable. It may need to be bled though.

If it's the original clutch, it might just be worn to the point of replacement.
