My car completely shuts down and then I can start it a few minutes later we changes the fuel pump and filters so idk what to do next

OK but did you clean the Mass Air Flow sensor? Being as vague as you are I can tell you where it is. Trust me, it is there and when it gets dirty it will mess up your car's computer and cause it to send the wrong information to the throttle body. Don't ever touch the the sensors in the MAF. Buy the spray for $8. Let it dry and put it back in.
