1989 prelude 5 speed wont idle

my car was always low on water couldn't find leak and didn't overheat. changed radiator then next day blew heaesd. changed heads and valves then water pump leaking. so I get car back and it starts but dies unless pushing on gas

Who did the work? They are responsible to figure it out- but I will say, once you start restoring this Honda, one thing will lead to another- you have already spent a bundle on that thing, and more to come-
