2004 s10 blazer has full power but will not start

No just one large ignition fuse, check it. The bendix (solenoid) on the starter is were I would look next. With a multimeter or 12 volt test light check for power at the bendix when trying to "Crank" the engine. If you have power the starter has failed. If not check the ignition switch and wiring,
I had the starter out and apart to look at brushes.and cleaned all the terminals .I had to replacethe head gaskets .
I'll check the starter when I get it home thanks.
turns out it was the starter .never had a GM starter die like that .thanks all who answered .
