will a 31 chev 4 door body fit on a chev s10 frame? will the frame be wide enough? is there a difference in the frame of a 4 clyl and a 6 cyl

want to set a 31 chev 4 door sedan body on the running gear of the s10 ,
prefer with 6 cylinder auto

The 4 and 6 cylinder frames would be the same. Invest in a tape measure and write down all the dimensions and compare the frame and car. Clearly the track and wheel base are the biggest concerns.

There are probably 2 different S-10 wheel base frames, maybe 3 so pick the one that works for you.
