2003 Chevy S10 will crank but won’t start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Recently my 2003 Chevy S10 started running rough. It
sounded like it was misfiring. When I would stop it would
almost stale out. I changed the fuel filter and was gonna
change the spark plugs and wires. When I went to start it
up it would crank but not fire up all the way. It has around
150k miles on it, it doesn’t leak oil and is in decent shape,
I was wondering what my next step should be, I can hear
the fuel pump kick on when I turn the key. Thanks in
advance for any help

The plugs look rough, the wires however are not in bad shape, should I go ahead and replace them also? And would this keep my truck from starting?

I got it started with a shot of starting fluid and a new battery, but it makes a loud clunk when it starts any idea what that could be??

you can test the wires or replace them ,see if all the injectors are firing , you don't want to run it " rough " find out what the problem is , spray some carb cleaner down the throttle , what does the exhaust look like ?

The exhaust at first was a little “white” but after a few minutes there was nothing visible coming out
