I have 99 s 10 blazer ,

I was backing in garage , and  my 4.3 l nlazer  
sputterd and died like fuel pump , changed it. And it
wasnt , i have spark  coming out whit i would call
coil , but no spark comming out to plugs , i
changed cap nd rotor , still wont  fire

The spark coming out of the coil, does it only spark once? And what does the spark look like? A white blue, or a yellow orange?

Ok, it sounds like a weak spark, it should be a white blue in color. Sounds like the coil is weak. You can take it off and go to an Auto Zone and have it tested. But also make sure the coil has good grounding points.
