1998 S10 pickup 2.2l engine cranks but won't start, replaced plugs and wires about 1 month ago.

Did you check battery cables and their connection to battery? If you have bad contact, this issue could arise. May have bad battery cable, or low battery. I would start there

ignition switch,and cylinder...i installed ..wrong cylinder...tried old,cylinder it started....now mine has new,matching cylinder...2002 with little over 1 hundred thousand miles....switch was hard to turn...had to be in certain position.....bought truck 6 months ago.....appears this truck ,was turned on and off...excessive times.....little tits on cylinder,were worn off...
