I have a 1998 s-10 . I'm putting a 327 in it . With 375 HP. Will the original transmission work. S-10 had a 4.3 in it.

Not for long I do not know but would think the transmission behing a S-10 would not mate to the small block without at least some adaptor. PS you should at least tell which engine and transmission is in your S-10
Assuming you have the 4l60e for stock tranny. That tranny is electronically controlled, by the 4.3's computer. If you replace the motor, you'll have to run the trans from a stand-alone computer module, which they do make. As to bolting up, yes they do, the 4.3 is afterall a SBC, same bolt patterns for bell housing.
