Hello, I have been unable to find you any diagrams of this. I would recommend purchasing a Chiltons, Haynes, or other service manual. You can get these for very little money on sites such as eBay. Here is a link to get you started: http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&from=R10&submitsearch=Search&satitle=1994+s10+manual&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&fmmk=&fmmd=&fylo=&fyhi=&mppfqy=1994+s10+manual&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=02129&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1&coaction=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search Best of luck! all you need to do is go to your local parts store and get a tool thats called window crank remover, just walk in and ask them for the tool that takes the clips off for the window crank, its a flat piece of metal with a hole on one end

The cheapest and easiest way I found to remove window cranks it to go to a haradware store and get a paint can opener. They have the perfect hook on them and are alot cheaper than any kind of window crank removal tool.

window crank remover as stated by the others the rest of the door panel is held in by a clip so just pop it off and the door hand will be visible from the back side take it out and pop in the new one.

I used a washcloth and shimmied it up between the door handle and washer(?) to pop off the clip. Be careful not to lose the clip.
