Tires

Asked by Bshoeloe Jul 16, 2017 at 06:23 AM about the 1992 Chevrolet C/K 1500

Question type: General

Can I put 2007 Toyota Tundra tires and rims on my 92  chevy ck1500. It has
235/75/15 on it now. I think the tundra tires are either 265/70/16 or 285/75/16?

As long as your chevy is a 4x4 it should work, but stock only 2wd chevy trucks of that year had 15's, if your truck is 2wd it has a 5 lug pattern and the toyota is 6 lug. If that is the case, no it won't work

905

the 30'' tires (265/70/16 should be fine without a lift and the 32'' tires (285/75/16) will work but depending on spacing of rim (the offset) might rub, but its cheap to lift it a few inches. 100 t0 150 to lift it. keys in the front and lift block with new u-bolts in back. i could do it cheaper but just giving you around about.
