The fuel pump is located in the tank. The fuel filter may be along the frame, in the tank, or up front towards the engine. Do you hear a buzzing or whirring near the fuel tank for about 10-15 seconds when turning the key? This is the fuel pump pressurizing the system. If you don't hear this, suspect a fuel pump or fuel pump relay.

The fuel filter is along the frame under the motorhome usually on the drivers side.
