Pull the EFI fuse. Let it set for about 10 minutes. Put it back in. Not totally 100% sure this will work but worth a try.
I put a new fuel pump in it not too long ago but I never checked the fuse. I just don't understand why I fluctuate from a low RPM to the normal RPM. It only does it at idle.
When the pull the EFI fuse - it resets the ECM. Your pickup will have to re-learn the values. It take s little time. By cleaning all that stuff you inadvertently through a bunch of different variables in there that the ECM can't keep up with. More air, different temps have set it off I assume. It's trying to compensate. Also - sometimes when you clean the TB look at the TB plate. Is it sealing up in the cylinder that it sits in? Sometimes when you clean you can have little spaces where air gets past when the throttle closes, causing an eratic idle. Some people have them honed out and a new throttle plate installed. Others get a different throttle body.
