I got a 2005 toyota corolla verso  the brakes is running down when I start the car but when
switched off it is hard I bleed the car all round I changed the master kit and the caliper kit I
recalibrated the abs I bleed the abs changed the brake pads I am not losing fluid changed the
fluid nothing is happening but when the car is switched off it is 100% only when started it is
running down but it holds

When you did the master cylinder, did you also change the booster? If any brake fluid got into the booster, it is contaminated and must be replaced. Sounds like a contaminated or faulty vacuum booster or air in the system.
