It is the security system in safe mode,this is normal,the little binky key in car is letting you no it is in lock down,and ready to yell for help if some one try,s to steal it.

It's a reminder of some sort. Perhaps reminding you to lock the car. Hmmmm........ Do you use the key to unlock the doors???
