Electrical motor humming sound for 15 secs after I start my 2004 Forerunner

Right after I start my car, there is an electrical motor that runs for 15 secs
behind the dashboard.

My jeep Cherokee has that same issue I've been told its something with my airbags but idk

Maybe your power antenna if your car is equipped mine does it everytime I turn the key
