2004 Toyota Camry Presidential (not a convertible) needs a new ragtop - please help

Hi I am a mom of three (a daughter &two sons with severe autism) so
money is exremely tight.  I have a car that I love but the tan ragtop/softop
has become spotted and very unsightly - it is also fraying.  Where can I go
to have the top replaced and not be charged an arm and a leg.  Or can it
be dyed a darker color?  Car has a great tan/gold trim and a Presidential
logo on the top.  I am in Central NJ.  Please can someone help
