2002 running rough check enging light on

running rough had check engine light read said emissions couple other things, replaced fuel pump had code clear, next day ran rough again check engine light back on read miss fire 1,3,5 replace spark plugs and coils and seems to be running worse, HELP..

Make sure you have the right plugs. Check your manual. I've seen people put in wrong plugs before and have the same issue you're having. Was one of your codes a bad O2 sensor? Unplug your EGR and see if it runs smoother. If not change, unplug your MAF and see if there's any change. Post back with results.

From what I am reading you may want to check your VVT solenoid bank 1 or bank two..
