Check your fuse panel to see if the blower motor and defroster operate on the same circuit. Probably not, but check anyway. Check the fuses for both blower motor and the defroster. If the check out, test for power at the blower motor when you turn it on. If power and ground are present, the motor is either stuck due to debris (the dont call them the squirrel cage for nothing) or it needs to be replaced. The defroster could be a switch, a fuse/relay, a broken heating elemtent on the glass itself, or a broken wire.
What fuse controls the account fan?
