I have a 1999 Toyota Camry. The dealer told me the bushings were completely worn out and needed to be replaced along with the arm.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was told that the arm that holds the bushings is all sold as one piece and to replace the worn out bushings and arm would be $1600. Really? Please advise. Thank you!

Thank you! I'm going to inquire more about which arm that want to replace.

Clarification. Are these parts for the FRONT suspension?? The REAR suspension? You might consider asking for a LIST of parts that need replacing.

And by law any replaced parts-- the damaged ones-- upon your demand- must be returned to you as proof that they were replaced
